WHAT IS LA LORGNETTE ?
La Lorgnette, organised by 4 students from Brest in 2020, is an international art competition followed by an exhibition. For its second edition, we have taken it over this year with a comic strip competition with the theme : "An enchanted wonderland? A peaceful society? Show us your own perfect world"The competition closed on Sunday 30 May and we received about fifteen artworks, each showing us its author's vision of utopia through various artistic techniques. The competition ends with the awarding of 5 prizes to the winners, 3 of which awarded by a jury of professionals: the prize for interpretation of the theme, the technical prize and their favourite. The other two prizes are the association's favourite and the public's favourite. |
The exhibition is now over!
We would like to thank all the people who came to see it. A big congratulations and thanks to the participating artists without whom this exhibition would not have been possible. If you did not have the opportunity to visit the exhibition, all the artworks are available in the "GALLERY" tab of our website or by clicking on the button below: La Lorgnette 2021 exhibition in the passage Auguste Pavie, BREST
